Six Polish jazz bands of the younger generation will tour Asia as part of the Jazz Po Polsku project. Performances in China and Korea feature: Monika Borzym Quintet accompanied by Beethoven Academy Orchestra musicians, Tomasz Chyła Quintet, EABS, High Definition Quartet, Paweł Kaczmarczyk Quartet and Rafał Sarnecki Quintet.

Two Polish artists, Agnieszka Kalinowska and Rafał Milach, as well as the curator and art critic Sebastian Cichocki will take part in this year's Gwangju Biennale in South Korea.

At the turn of June and July 2018, the performance The Promised Land based on Władysław Reymont’s novel and directed by Remigiusz Brzyk was presented at the Beijing People’s Art Theatre. At the turn of May and June 2018, Stanisław Słowiński Quintet returned to tour China. The Kraków-based band gave 15 concerts in several cities, including Beijing, Guangzhou, Shanghai and Xi’an. The shows were part of the Jazz Po Polsku project promoting improvised Polish jazz music abroad.
