Polish culinary art once again was presented during the Jeju Food & Wine Festival, held on Jeju Island in South Korea from 9th to 20th May 2018. This time Maciej Nowicki, Head Chef in the Museum of King Jan III's Palace at Wilanów, revealed the secrets of old Polish cuisine to the Korean audience.

Aleksander Baron, the chef of Warsaw’s Solec 44 restaurant, as one of 15 chefs from all over the world took part in the Jeju Food and Wine Festival held in South Korea. During the four-day event, Aleksander Baron created dishes based on local ingredients of Jeju Island and Polish culinary traditions.
